Job description
- At least 1 or 2 years in real estate field
- Experience in Sales (Condominium, House, Villa, and Land Plot)
- Be able to speak and written in English Language
- MS Office & Email
- Social Media
- Design and Execute sale planning to growth the sales on the markets
- Find and approach customer both direct and indirect sales.
- Bring and accompany customer to visit the project.
- Ensure the customer are well known about the company product.
- Build good relation with both new and existing customer.
- Daily cold call to customer.
- Response on replying customer’s questions in company’s pages.
- Produce the video to promote sales on the marketing.
- Support to close deal of company project One Staff One Sales.
- Support to close deal of agency for any sales referral.
- Generate enquires from clients with regular follow up.
- Maintain record of daily enquiry & prospective clients.
- Showcase company profile to client through presentation & meeting.
- Prepare the daily and monthly sale report for management.
- Support on project photos update on every weekend.
- Another task will be assigned by direct superior or manager.
