-Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing data analysis tools.
-Personal Traits: Possesses innovative thinking, strong leadership skills, and excellence in communication, coordination, and problem-solving.

Working Hours
-Days: Monday to Saturday.
-Daily Hours: At least 8 hours per day.
-Rest Days: Sundays and Public Holidays.

品牌管理与运营：
统筹品牌形象管理，负责宣传物料制作、媒体投放及内容运营，确保对外品牌形象的一致性与影响力。

业务拓展与开发：
精准识别市场机会，独立开发新客户与拓展新业务渠道，直接推动团队业绩指标的达成。

团队管理：
制定团队业务计划，指导并激励下属工作，建立高效能的市场营销团队。

任职要求：
-语言能力：英语沟通无障碍，能进行跨国商务沟通。
-行业经验：具备快消品(FMCG)行业经验者优先录取。
-专业能力：对销售市场和品牌推广有敏锐的观察力，具备优秀的策划能力、数据分析能力及营销系统操作认知。
-抗压性与责任心：具备强烈的目标感与责任心，能承受一定的工作压力，并可接受阶段性加班以达成任务。

Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing supervisor with strategic vision and hands-on experience to join the Midas Marketing team. You will serve as the core driver for brand promotion and business expansion. Your role involves not only formulating annual marketing strategies but also leading the team to enhance brand awareness and achieve performance targets through precise market analysis and innovative marketing tactics.

Responsibilities
-Strategic Planning & Execution: Responsible for formulating and executing the company's overall market strategy and annual marketing plans to ensure the enhancement of brand awareness and expansion of market share.
-Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, analyze competitor dynamics, user needs, and industry trends to provide a solid basis for the company’s business decisions.
-Brand Management & Operations: Coordinate brand image management, oversee the production of promotional materials, media placement, and content operations to ensure the consistency and influence of the external brand image.
-Business Development: Accurately identify market opportunities, independently develop new customers, and expand new business channels to directly drive the achievement of team performance targets.
-Team Management: Formulate team business plans, guide and motivate the work of subordinates, and build a high-performance marketing team.

Job Requirements
-Language Proficiency: Barrier-free English communication, capable of conducting cross-border business communication.
-Industry Experience: Candidates with experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry are preferred.
-Professional Skills: Keen observation of sales markets and brand promotion; excellent planning and data analysis skills; basic knowledge and operational ability in marketing systems.
-Resilience & Responsibility: Strong sense of purpose and responsibility; ability to work under pressure and accept intermittent overtime to achieve goals.
