Position Summary

Location: Koh Pich

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide regular follow-ups.
• Visit customer offices and project sites to introduce the company's precast concrete products.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents.
• Follow up on quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Customer Management:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and transportation teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints and report issues to management when necessary.
• Support customers to ensure timely delivery and overall satisfaction.
• Marketing Intelligence:
• Assist in implementing marketing activities to promote the company's products.
• Create and post contents on the company's social media platforms.
• Assist in preparing brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and other marketing events.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and share information with management.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and quotations.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Update customer information in the company's system.
• Product & Technical Knowledge:
• Learn and understand the company's products and services and its competitors’.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Work with the design and production teams to provide suitable product solutions.
• Others:
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and timely product delivery for customers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Sales& Marketing Manager or the Chief Commercial Officer.

Languages

• English - Good

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Relate Field.

Work History

• Sales and marketing for 2 to 3 years as a minimum

General & Technical Skills

• Prior experience in the sales of construction materials or precast concrete products is a great advantage.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, and email campaigns)
• Knowledge in marketing software and data analysis tools is preferred.
• Some knowledge of Accounting and Finance is a plus.
• Great written and spoken English skills
• Very familiar with all MS Offices
