Junior Sales

Job Description

• Welcome customers who visit the showroom and provide friendly, professional customer service.

• Attend product knowledge training and clearly explain product features, benefits, and skincare usage to customers.

• Check product quality regularly, monitor expiry dates, and prepare product testers when necessary.

• Arrange and maintain product displays on counters and ensure products are presented attractively.

• Participate in promotional campaigns and Gift with Purchase (GWP) activities, while providing customers with accurate information about promotions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or skincare industry.

• Good customer service skills with the ability to communicate confidently and build positive relationships with customers.

• Passionate about beauty and skincare products and willing to continuously learn new product knowledge.

• Vibrant and resilient personality, good interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant appearance, and a well-groomed presentation.
